A large extension has been built at the back of a semidetached house housing a kitchen diner with part pitch and flat roof with parapet. The old dining room has been changed into a shower room and a new bathroom installed on the first floor. On the outside a raised patio area with dwarf walls and glass balustrade with steps leading down to the garden. A path leading to the bottom of the garden using the old bricks as been laid.

As part of the joining criteria to become a member with the FMB this project was inspected by an independent company. This has been completed to a very high standard, the fitted black kitchen with white quartz worktops looks amazing and both shower room and bathroom have matching tiles. This build gives the homeowner a excellent addition to their house. I will recommend them to be FMB registered
