John joined A&E Construction Ltd in 2017 as a Plasterer. Since then, John has continuously striven to improve and increase his skills. He constantly sets and maintains high standards, not only in the quality of all his work but with dealing with clients, colleagues and sub-contractors. Always going above and beyond the call of duty.

His enthusiasm and dedication also extend to a mentorship role, training and up-skilling our new starters looking to pursue an apprenticeship within the construction industry and has now become a role model to them.

Whether at work or at home, he regularly attends training courses to improve himself (physically, mentally and skillset-wise). It is a testament to his “people person” character that he openly shares his knowledge with others and encourages them to improve and grow.
