This new build project for the Forsythe family had quite a few challenges. The half-round spiral staircase and the addition of air source systems for heating and domestic hot water required some careful planning, as the stairs needed to fit and conform to regulations and the heating and hot water systems had perform to expectations.
The staircase met all criteria and the heating system functioned extremely well. Probably the biggest challenge was constructing during the winter of 2009/2010, who can forget that!
