We have fitted a new kitchen, two bifold doors, we have redone the flooring and the ceiling. We have also refurbished the toilet, painted and decorated, done the electrical and plumbing and we have fitted all the appliances.

We have been employed by our clients to build an extension for open plan living and to refurbish the entire ground floor. The new extension incorporates two large sky lanterns and one set of bi-fold doors, flooding the interior space with generous amounts of light. Our cliens are very pleased that the aims of this project are being achieved, namely to create a spacious, well light and modern ground floor.

Alin and the guys completed the works in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. I had seen their workmanship whilst they were refurbishing my friends flat which they did another excellent job on. I am now using Alin and his team to carry out further refurbishments and they have become friends rather than just builders. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. Alin is extremely organised and keeps excellent communication. He will discuss smaller details, throughout the project, even if it means more work for them. They work quickly without compromising on quality. Thanks Alin and the team.

We decided to do a downstairs kitchen extension and a downstairs toilet. I can’t be more pleased with the quality of work and speed of the Alin and his team. They know the meaning of a good days work. They are very organised and experienced. Our extension is progressing with to my spec. Alin has held weekly check-in meetings with me or my wife to discuss the work as they go to ensure if we wanted any alterations he could incorporate them which has been great as it has given us peace of mind. The team did a fantastic job on the structural work building the extension and replacing an interior.

They say good builders are like gold dust – Abaco Marea are just that. Alin runs his team efficiently and effectively. He is onsite daily, and only a phone call away when you need him. What I appreciated was the constant feedback - the time and effort that was put into understanding what I wanted. Nothing I asked for was met with ‘I don’t think we can do that’. Their attention to detail is amazing. They don’t take short cuts everything is done properly and quickly. 3 months for extension and a fairly big garden redo with decking. We have the extension we wanted without the hassle or stress.
