We were commissioned to supply, and build turn the key package to transform a 3-bedroom bungalow in Surrey to a modern large contemporary 5 bedroom dwelling.
The first floor of the existing bungalow was removed, and we built a 2nd and 3rd floor additions.
All the large bedrooms are fitted with separate en-suite bathrooms, the 3rd floor loft room was handed over to the children as a cinema / games room.
Continues moulded staircase was fitted throughout providing a link between floors.

This customer wanted to create two extra bedrooms, a bathroom and storage area in their existing loft space. Access was gained from a small box room on the first floor of their home.
The stairs were hand crafted to blend in with the existing stairs and an open gallery was formed to create a new landing area that allowed the natural flow of light and much needed ventilation.
They were delighted with the loft conversion, a friend even commented that it looks as though it has always been part of the house.
The project was constrained to a strict budget and time frame of 12 weeks, both of which were met successfully.

This new build in Crawley consists of a timber framed internal construction with an external brick leaf maximising the space available.
All the timber was FAC credited the windows were formed by recycled UPCV. Under floor heating was laid throughout the ground and first floors allowing the walls to remain clear.
As the build itself was in the heart of crawly high levels of acoustic installation was required.
