ACL GP Ltd rebuilt and configured an existing 3 bedroom chalet, into 5/6 bedroom house. This entailed removing entire existing roof, demolishing garage, side main gable wall and removing rear extension and internal existing floor joists etc. Removed ground floor existing concrete floors, staircase and various internal walls. We newly built the ground and first floor, converted the loft, side rear and front extensions. Reconfigured the entire internal areas, new ground and first floors comprising of concrete lower, joist and flooring to first floor. Complete internal fit out of new build including, kitchen, ensuite, bathrooms, utility rooms, flooring, all built as per current building regulations and standards. All plastering and decoration and finishing’s also completed. Externally - new block driveway, wrought iron gates and fence, rear and side stepped slate effect patio. It was such a delight to come in this week and see that we now have a safe play area again. The children are delighted and so are the staff. We contracted ACL GP Ltd to project manage and construct a large extension on our house.
We are delighted with the result, exactly as we requested.
It took longer than anticipated but most of that was due to unexpected problems that occurred during the work.
All tradesmen were reliable, polite and respectful.
We were kept informed of the progress all the way through, and there was never an issue when we wanted to make any changes.
Would highly recommend !

Our contract extension was completed to time and high quality. Any issues that arose (as naturally happens with a major project such as ours) were minor in nature and dealt with professionally and to our satisfaction. ACL managed the work very well, communications were excellent and contractors brought in were polite, professional, considerate and tidy in their work. The workmanship in terms of laying foundations, carpentry, bricklaying and plastering was superb. These workmen also worked harmoniously with an electrical contractor (our friend) whom we employed directly to do some high spec electrical work. We are delighted with our new extension and have no hesitation of recommending ACL GP Ltd as an excellent and competent building / construction firm.

ACL did an absolutely first class job on the construction of our leisure facility, comprising bar, commercial kitchen, restaurant and indoor swimming pool and changing rooms.
