The two-storey gabled building consists of a lounge and kitchen area on the ground floor with rooms above being used for storage on the mezzanine floor with a bathroom included. The builder has completed a full scope of work, which includes full construction of the timber-built property with a traditional pitched roof, including the window and door installation, groundworks, plumbing, joinery, electrics, plastering, tiling, and a rear decking area.
The FMB inspector comments were this project has been built to a great standard.
