This signal story extension doubled the size of the original stable and created a wonderful light filled space to act as both home office and self contained annexe for family.

This new Garage was built to replace an old, damp, narrow, half falling down garage. Now the clients have more than double the space which is dry, warm and safe. The oak front adds a striking and fantastic look to the property!

This is an individual stone and k- rend project that we built for a customer which was under very strict planning conditions. The house was built from scratch in the Lancaster area using local sand stone.

This oak porch was designed and constructed on site to add shelter and character to the main entrance.

An individual stone and render detached house built from the ground to completion for a customer in Forton. Including interior fit out. The roof on this house was particularly nice to do because of the dormer detail and level change.

Installation of a kitchen. The solid oak worktops give this kitchen a fantastic feel and timeless look.

This farm house kitchen has been made much larger by taking a wall out creating a more useable space for a young family.
