He has gone above and beyond to get distinction marks for his apprenticeship program. He has travelled to college to do extra revisions which demonstrate dedications in his craft. He is always ready to help his co workers. He also managed to help out in his fathers farm first thing in the morning before going to work and when he gets back from work.
