After conducting a bidding to renovate our business building and build an extension, Altun Property Consultant won the bidding in 2016. From the beginning I felt confident to deal with the company and its team. The work consisted of reovating two floors that were meant to be used as offices for our charity and to replace the terrace with an extra room space. Altun Property, conducted a good job, as a matter of fact it was an excellent work, we were all the time able to have meeting, plan ahead, see areas of cutting on cost but keeping high standards. The work took several months, there was no delay in the work, but the job was big, when we finished we were able to have our building look like new, fully refurbished and newly built, new ceiling, flooring, painting, electricity, heating, brick laying plastering, all the type of work that is needed. I was pleasant with the work, therefore 3 years later I called the company again to do the kitchen in my home and general renovation.

After searching with several contracts that we have decide to go with Altun Property Consultant UK Ltd. We have analyse they have better understanding with more breakdown quotation to make us understand where we spending money for. Proposal was upgrade existing front garage to children playroom, rewiring, build double story extension on the rear of the property. Provided a quote within a few days from initial contact, agreed a date and then carried out the work on the exact date. I am very happy with the professional service of the Altun Property Consulting UK Ltd always somebody on the site us site manager to make sure everything is taken place correctly.
