This beautiful Bespoke New Build home has been constructed with the perfect mix of traditional building methods, renewable energy and modern technology, whilst blending into its rural setting perfectly. Amcrest were appointed as Main Contractor in 2022 to undertake the project works, to our Clients specification. Amcrest delivered the project in just over 12 months, with all parties being very pleased with the finished product and attention to detail throughout.

Amcrest were appointed as Principal Contractor to undertake extensive refurbishment works to this 1970’s property in Wokingham.

The property has not only had a facelift! From what was a poorly constructed shell, the property has benefited from side and rear extensions, internal reconfiguration, including external insulation, solar system with storage, comfort heating and cooling throughout, complete with carefully considered and effortlessly elegant interiors.

Sensitive and sympathetic restoration of our Clients Grade II Listed Farmhouse. The success of this project is the result of hours of consideration of the finishes that compliment the building and it’s history, together with close collaboration with local Chartered Building Surveyor and Historic Building Consultant, Mr David Ensom, of Hall & Ensom, to create a family home, perfectly suited to modern living. The colour schemes, choice of sanitaryware, joinery and design input of our Clients has given their home a tremendous feeling of warmth, which is a real credit to their vision. The restoration was carried out in two phases and completed over a 10 month period. The Amcrest Team  have thoroughly enjoyed working on this project, with all parties, and are delighted with the end result.

Complete internal remodelling and refurbishment to the property, including a re-structured kitchen/living space, newly fitted bathrooms and re-decoration throughout. All windows were replaced to the property and a full repair and renovation of the roof. We have redesigned and restructured the pool and carried out a full refurbishment of the pool house, changing rooms and plant room.

Sympathetic alterations and improvements to the existing structure, specifically the Orangery. Including but not limited to, new roof structure complete with thermally enhanced roof lights and sustainable green roof system, internal fit out and bespoke internal and external joinery elements throughout.

Bespoke new build property for a private client, with traditional classic features to echo local architecture. The property is complete with modern comfort features supported by sustainable technologies to suit the lifestyle of the client.

Full damp treatment, extension to existing property, full internal redecoration and installation of new kitchen and bathrooms. Our expert team handcrafted a new summer house and carried out external works to include laying a new patio and landscaping works to rear garden.

Full landscaping of the rear garden and remedial works to internal building works not carried out correctly by previous builders. We also designed and built a veranda, creating a beautiful space for our clients to enjoy their garden year round.

Large extension of existing building to create function and conference space and complete re-structure and renovation of the internal building. Re-design of the professional kitchen and newly built bar and restaurant area. We also designed and landscaped the wedding garden and various other outdoor areas.

Full refurbishment and fit out of a small restaurant. Amcrest were instructed to strip out the entire restaurant, kitchen and staff accommodation and re-design the internal layout. We created comfortable accommodation for the staff and a clean and tidy a space for the owner to create a welcoming and inviting space for diners.

Amcrest were instructed to build a bespoke period residential property to the client’s specifications. Together with an external pool and pool house, refurbishment of existing detached coach house and fully landscaped gardens. Amcrest were invited back to do further works for the client after completion of the project.
