We built a small corner extension to this characterful cottage in Tickhill, Barnsley. After the extension was built, we opened up the existing downstairs rooms to create a large kitchen diner. The existing property went from dark and small to light, modern and spacious.

After the tender process, AML were chosen to demolish an existing property and construct this large, three storey, 5 bedroom property in the sought after London commuter area of Harpenden, Hertfordshire.

For this project in the village of Scrooby, Nottinghamshire, we extended and renovated an old mill.
The project began by removing an old conservatory room, which didn't work well with the style of the building. After this we extended the garage, with a large garden storage room and added a utility room to the back of the house.
Internal alterations included various structural steel to open up the existing kitchen/dining room, to make a classic, large farmhouse style kitchen.
The exterior of the existing house also has a makeover, with a new buttermilk render and the perfectly styled Chartwell green windows.
The finishing touch was the addition of the impressive front porch with new doors.
