Aspen Design Build was responsible for designing the new area, creating architectural drawings, planning, building regulations, building controls and structural calculations. Once planning was approved, which was straight forward on this particular project, we commenced works immediately. The design also incorporated a large roof lantern to create a orangery on one side of the build along with five skylights throughout the remaining rear and side extension, this also helped with bringing large amounts of natural light through, which in the summer months creates lots of natural light.

The new areas also consisted of Sonus smart lighting, CAT6 cabling, fully integrated high end speakers throughout along with a full Alexa home integeration managed by voice and a wall mounted tablet.

We worked on an entire house renovation for our client who resides abroad, which has it owns challenges when liasing with one another, especially when there is a seven hour time difference.

The house had an overflowing water tank in the roof which leaked and caused massive damage.

the first floor ceilings, light fittings, carpets were fully decorated and painted to restore back to new.

The ground floor and first floor had a substantial refurbishment programme.

We were in constant communication with the client, and kept them informed at every step of the process, in addition we also assisted with colours, kitchen design, layouts all via zoom.

We were entrusted with a duplex flat renovation, the property was a historical build which need complete updating, but keeping the renovations inline with its traditional design.

The hallway, living room and bedrooms were all renovated, with the kitchen and bathrooms to follow in the summer of 2022. Aspen Design Build was responsible for the design, colour themes and furniture choices.

the wainscoting was fully designed and installed as per the client brief, along with all the skirtings, radiators, coving and carpets.

2021 arrived and with the lockdown showing signs of lifting the Guvna' Mrs Ali had seen enough vlogs on home improvements there was no shying away. With a period property needing bringing to current day choice of builders and tradesman was a delicate affair. Making the decision to go with Aspen on the other hand was definitely the right one. The team were very aware and in touch with the design side, good understanding of what we were hoping to achieve, with going for the period look with delicate modern touches. Aspen advised on where to look for specialist products, able to source materials even when shortages in play, didn't settle for rushing the job rather took due time and attention was paid to detail. We're very happy with the finish which is crucial. All aspects sorted, demolish, build, electrical, heating, paint and finish and most importantly clearing up and safety all to a good standard. I would be happy to recommend and definitely use again.

I appointed Aspen for my rear extension and lift conversion, from the first time we met I found them to be very detailed and thorough. When the work started I was informed of all the works that will be taking place and updated through out the process. Aspen Development was the first to respond to my distress call and I am glad that I chose this company to help with my restoration project. This involved complete house renovation due to a water leak in the loft; it also had to be managed by Aspen as I was overseas. What what a distressing time for me was made easier by Aspen who were organised and professional at all times. A detailed quote was given promptly and work commenced quickly. During the work period I was given regularly updates by email, messages and occasional video calls. I was also sent photos of work in progress. There were some occasions where I had to trust the judgment of Aspen, for example, choosing a new kitchen and layout; it was comforting to know that I could trust Aspen with this important decision. The work was completed roughly within the time frame quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending Aspen, they were competent and professional at all times.
