A rewading contract to a bungalow in Flitwick with extremely satisfied customers.The build included a demolition of side garage with part of it being retained side and rear extension.A complete refurbishment of the remaining property (the back wall of the property was almost entirely removed!) The bungalow has been completely transformed with not a single room remaining untouched.On top of this we installed a SOLAR tube water heating system with a state of the art REMOTE CONTROL heating system. With this four SOLAR TUBE lights throughout the building to throw lots of natural lighting into dark areas.The finish of the property was made complete with a sustainable bamboo flooring throughout the dry areas and natural stone floors to the two bath/ensuite rooms and kitchen.This will also be entered into the next Master Builder of the Year.
