What was a delapidated garage has been transformed, fencing,shed and landscaping. Spring 2024 - damp proofing & dry lining; timber floor replacing & insulating. We have no hesitation in recommending Ben. He not only did the work as originally quoted but also fitted in a lot of other unexpected work despite being busy on other jobs. Ben has a very good team with complementary skills that enabled him to cover all aspects of the work. All of them were friendly, polite, approachable and professional. Each person knew what was required and played their part in making the project as success. Whenever we hit a problem Ben was imaginative and able to come up with a practical and sensible solution. At the start of this year, Ben and his team dealt with a number of longstanding, complex and wide-ranging building and repair issues with our Victorian home. I've had a few dealings with builders over my 35 years of various home ownerships, and dealing with Ben and his team was certainly the best ! From initial contact to final completion, polite, friendly, honest and respectful to our family and property. Great communication on a daily basis of schedule, progress and any budget implications.
