First we gutted the entire bathroom of bathroom fixtures, sanitary ware and tiling. We then removed the floorboards to run all pipework below floor level or concealed in the walls, then fitted WBP plywood across the entire floor area. We bricked up part of the window to allow more room for wall mounted bathroom cabinets. Next we ran new power supplies for bathroom lighting and under floor heating. We then fitted a waterproof membrane across the entire floor area and to all walls within wet areas, and proceeded to tile the entire floor and all walls from floor to ceiling. Finally we installed a toilet with concealed cistern, wash basin, wall mounted shower, heated towel radiator and painting the ceiling with a bathroom paint.

First we gutted each room completely of all fixtures, flooring and plasterboard walls etc. We took down 2 chimney breasts to allow more space in 2 bedrooms and the living room, and added new steel supports to the house to make up for the chimneys. A completely new boiler/central heating system was installed, including a new Worcester Greenstar Combi Boiler and brand new pipework throughout. We took out the plasterboard ceilings in all rooms, leveled off the joists, insulated and fitted new plasterboard ceilings for perfectly level ceilings throughout (and ready for new ceiling downlights). Then we fitted new plasterboard to the walls and plastered throughout (walls and ceilings), laid new flooring, fitted new skirting, and finally decorated each room. The consumer unit was then upgraded to meet current regulation and the house completely rewired. New ceiling downlights and hanging lights were fitted and all sockets and switches were installed in new locations. Our bathroom team carried out a full bathroom refurbishment; new tiling on the walls and floors, new bath, basin, shower, toilet, extractor fan and IP65 bathroom safe ceiling downlights. Finally, our carpenter fitted a brand new kitchen, including wall & floor units, granite worktop, sink and cooker.
