The external is smooth rendered cement and skim coat internally. Loft in extension is un-accessible
but the construction has been overseen by building control and housing executive.
The extension consists of a disabled access wet room, Kitchen and corridor with hot press adjoining
the existing property. Additionally, during the build it was decided by the owners to also update the existing property. This included replacement of the roof coverings with breathable membrane, lathe and new roof tiles, the whole property was then re-rendered to match the new extension.
A new oil boiler and heating system was installed throughout which has been commissioned.
New electrics in the extension and plumbing throughout the property.

This project was independently inspected as part of the joining criteria for the FMB.
