A new build 5-bedroom barn was meticulously crafted to replicate the charm of an old refurbished barn, resulting in abundant space on both levels with a warm farmhouse ambiance. The construction utilized a combination of a steel frame and traditional brickwork walls, ensuring a sturdy and authentic foundation.

Inside, the property boasts a high-end finish, featuring a stunning bespoke oak staircase with a glass balustrade that overlooks the mezzanine floor. The interior design thoughtfully blends modern elegance with rustic elements, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere throughout the entire home.

These renovations and extensions we have carried out most defitnley have kept within the history of Emsworth, but created a fresh, modern asthetic, externally and internally.

A challenging task to blend old with new, making a real statement room, works started with full demolition of the old building, followed by intensive groundworks, retaining the original well. The extension was built in all new methods, finished with Sika roof, large roof lanterns, bifolds, large glazing and all tied into the original building and barn. We reinstated the landscaping to appear it was always there, then a full high end fit out, UFH, large 1m x 1m tiles, kitchen, utility and full decs. The well is lit with glass floor over, and all complemented by a new boiler and full re wire. Future works are planned with the client, a stunning country side project with full picture pack on our website. 

This stunning transformation of a country home is set in Hambledon’s idyllic rural landscape. Our team embarked on a high-end renovation that beautifully combines preserved original features with modern enhancements. We added an extension for a spacious kitchen and living area, creating an inviting space for gatherings and family life, while ensuring a seamless flow throughout the home.

To complete the rejuvenation, we created a new driveway, adding convenience and a touch of elegance for a warm welcome. This renovation achieves the perfect blend of timeless charm and contemporary living, ideal for the tranquil rural setting of Hambledon.

We had to remove the roof fully and install a steel frame with a large timber mansard roof, this was finshed in stunning Zinc, with a balcony over looking the water from the master. Krend applied to the rear elivation, landscaping front and back and a full heating system, re wire, plaster and decs. Really striking results with a very happy cleint happy to refrence as with all our clients. 

A beautifully reimagined home in Ringwood, this property combines modern functionality with inviting comfort. A newly added balcony off the primary bedroom creates a tranquil retreat, complete with seating for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in the views. The ground floor has also undergone a remarkable transformation, with a thoughtfully designed extension that opens up the layout. The once-separate kitchen, dining, and lounge areas now flow seamlessly together, offering a bright, open-plan living space ideal for both functionality and social gatherings. This renovation strikes a perfect balance between contemporary design and cozy charm, yielding a home that is both beautiful and practical.

This was a bespoke design and build project for a client we have worked with many times. The pool needed extensive refurbishment works and the client wanted and large outdoor hosting area that could be closed of or opened up for summer. The results were stunning and we have started another very similar of the back of this. 

This country house required more space so Belgrave were instructed to carry out a double story extension. Internally we changed the stairs, moved bathroom, removed structural walls amongst other remodelling items. The results were as instructed by the client, 'can you make it look like its always been like this' on budget on on time also.
