Having learned of the request for nominations for this year's Federation of Master Builders Apprentice of the year award, 2023, I am writing today to endorse a most suitable individual, Jordan Gay. In many ways Jordan more than surpasses the challenging requirements and expectations for the award. Today, we can certainly class Jordan is an enigma amongst today’s young people. As a man, he is very personable, has exceptional trade skills for his age and for his experience and is someone that the construction industry so dearly needs, now and in its future.

With Jordan, you have ambition, you also have good intrapersonal intelligence and this is alongside his accomplishments which all go together precisely to further complement the requirements of the award. He also projects a warm, can-do attitude to our clients and his colleagues.
