This very comprehensive job involved turning an office building into six holiday apartments in the centre of Lytham St Annes. Everything was stripped off leaving the original floorboards and brick wall exposed. New plumbing, heating and wiring was put in.
All the walls were insulated by creating a gap between original walls and the new dry lining providing extra thermal insulation and creating extra noise resistance. A floating board were put down between original floors and final floor covering. This was essential to achieve excellent marks on the Sound Testing.
We liaised and supported with different trades not only 1st fix electrics, gas and plumbers but also fire alarm commercial specialists.
We took great care on the finishes following clients wishes to create high end accommodation for guests. Joinery, Tilling, decorating all came together to great satisfaction of our client.
