Bratt Builders have recently undertaken two roofing and brickwork jobs for us. Both jobs were well carried out and completed on time as contracted. The lads were all friendly, worked well and cleared up at the end. Communications were easy by email or phone with prompt responses. All in all, a couple of good jobs and well done.

Very impressed by Bratt Builders. We had major roof work done which was very high quality. The builders arrived at the time they promised every day, worked hard, took account of our needs (eg turning down the radio to accommodate neighbours), and finished the job on time. Also cleaned up the considerable mess every day. Bratts isn’t a cheap option but having had a previous experience with another company who failed to fix the problem I am happy that I’ve got a quality job that will last for years. Worth the money.

Had these guys in to remedy poor valley work by another builder and to do general repairs to roof and chimney flashing. They were very good and did an excellent job. The guys who did the work (Chris and Steve?) were very courteous - also clearly very good at what they do. Replaced probably more tiles than expected but didn’t charge anything extra. Would definitely recommend.

Twice I’ve used this business and they have been highly recommended to me. I would and will use them again without hesitation. Great communication, super professional, so clean and tidy, very polite; you get what you pay for which is 100% done job. Worth paying for than a cheaper amount which often results in poor workmanship and a higher spend over time from fixing poorly done jobs. Thanks guys!

Attended promptly to give a quote. Loose hip tile- front row removed cleaned and replaced. Two leaks fixed and gutter repaired over the course of two days. Efficient service no subsequent problems, despite heavy rain. I would recommend Bratt Builders.

The team did a great job on our flat roof and tidied up our main roof really well. They were professional and courteous whilst on site and cleaned up so well you would not have known they were there. The service from the office was brilliant with speedy responses to our many queries so we felt reassured before and after the work was done. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future.

Gutters and soil stack. I’d had few other issues that will need addressing. No problems with the work, good quality trusted repairs, will definitely use again. A trusty builder, rare breed nowadays, you pay for what you get.
