Bricktec was instructed to build a new front entrance, as well as a two storey rear house extension in Tilehurst, Berkshire, for Mr John Z. The house was originally two flats and only had a side entrance, the new front entrance making a huge difference. The extension to the rear consisted of new extended kitchen dining area, a new wet room, and a larger upstairs bedroom.

After their building services were recommended to Mr & Mrs Cotten, Bricktec carried out a two storey rear home extension, including a kitchen extension with bi-fold doors downstairs, doubling the size of the room. A large guest bedroom was also added above.

Steve was recommended by a neighbour to Trevor & Karen and, after looking over their quite extensive plans, agreement was reached and work began. This property renovation in Reading consisted of a long wrap around extension which opened up the whole back of the house, creating a large open kitchen space, study, garage and front porch downstairs and upstairs was an extra bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The project also included a driveway extension and new patio area.
