From the initial visit and quote through to the final sign off, Nathan kept us informed and up to date every step of the way.
The team always arrived early and stayed late to make sure the jobs were completed; the site was kept very tidy throughout the build, making sure everything was ship-shape before they left each night.
Each phase of the job was discussed with us so we understood what was going on, any minor changes/improvements were cleared with us before they were undertaken so there were no surprises.
Nathan managed the trades used so that they all worked in the same manner as the “Brim-Build team.
The job came in “On budget” & “On time” which in these difficult times is no mean feat so well-done Nathan.
We are thoroughly pleased with the finished project and would definitely use “Brim-Build” again and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.
