We carried out structural alterations and general refurbishment to change a disused part of the centre in to a space that could be used as a Nursery. The works were completed in very short period as there was delay waiting for confirmation from the structural engineers that all the internal brickwork walls could be removed and there was an 8 week notification period for Ofsted to check the space was fit for purpose. The Nursery opened as planned in September and is being enjoyed by the children and staff.

We built a rear extension and fitted the kitchen for a store manager of one of the countries largest trade kitchen suppliers. This person has relationships with many builders but chose us to build his extension and fit the kitchen. The works included a replacement boiler and under floor heating.
We are now building an extension for his Father and will soon be starting a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment for his sister.
