This extension will allow guests to stay or kids to play, accessed from the lounge looking into the spacious green and well kept garden through large patio doors

This conversion required installation of services (Water, Electricity and Drainage) as well as fully insulating, reinforcing and new openings for windows and doors with cladding to front elevation, toilet and kitchenette installation, sound absorbing panels and feature walls.

This mixture of modern and traditional has combined beautifully,
All works were completed by Built by contract’s in house tradesmen including patio, fencing and overall extension and alterations to rear.
The lovely client has made this project even more interesting by the choice of furnishings

This property has gained a beautiful master bedroom en-suite with a Juliette balcony, a matching staircase that flows and feels like its always been there with matching 1930s 4 panel doors to bedroom and en-suite and not to forget the beautiful exposed chimney flue brickwork.
