As well as the extension in local sandstone the work also included a complete new house front wall new first floor dormers all new purpose made windows and doors re-roofing with Keymer hand made clay tiles new electrical and plumbing installations and a new purpose made staircase.The house was completed up to the second-fix stage with the owners carrying out the final finishing work themselves.
