We undertook a full renovation of a Victorian front room in Forest Gate, E7. The lovely owners were keen to fit everything to a high standard and opted for a full strip back which also included removing the ceiling and floors to insulate as well as replacing rotten joists under the floorboards.

This gorgeous back garden is in east London, a stones throw away from Wanstead Flats.
A complete design change involved extensive infrastructure with hard and soft landscaping works including a bespoke Scandinavian inspired outhouse and remote lighting system

New trees included a Magnolia Grandiflora and a Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer' and plants including Heuchera 'Palace Purple', Hakonechloa Macra, Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Hameln’ and stunning Emily Mckenzie’s plus natural stone paving and mains gas supplied bbq.
The stand out feature of this garden is a 3.5m high living wall area complete with irrigation system, metal pergola, cantilevered benches, mains supplied gas fire pit @solusdecoruk and its own speaker system!

We were asked to take on a conversion project in Aldersbrook. The current layout wasn't working for the client and they didn't feel like their living space was connected to the garden.
To improve the flow, we moved the kitchen into the middle of the house which allowed the snug to be moved to the back and be bathed in natural light.
A chimney removal, new underfloor heating and a change of entrance to the utility room all helped to improve the layout and it is now a fantastic area to entertain.
