Finley was let down by another plumber which left him without an employer halfway through his first year in college. Through a friend, we met Finley and decided to give him an opportunity and give him as much plumbing experience as possible. Finley gets involved with all aspects of construction and is eager to learn new skills to make him a better plumber.

Apprenticeships have changed massively due to the current pandemic and as you are aware it has added some barriers to anyone wishing to learn a trade.

Im very proud of Finley who has stepped up to the challenge and taking it all in his stride.

He has taken the initiate to work alongside other plumbers when on-site. Because of these experiences, he has recently completed the first and second fixes of a bathroom which was done to a good standard.
