Simon has constructed a wrap around single storey rear extension. A dwarf block and brick wall has been built where aluminium glazed frames and patio doors have been sited with a Douglas fir timber roof construction and insulated roof with aluminium covering. A double knock through into the existing lounge with steel beams fitted incorporating a new kitchen with underfloor heating and tile and timber floor covering. New electrics and plumbing 

We created a single storey double height side extension with vaulted ceilings. This included a utility room, new kitchen and snug complete with underfloor heating, sensor controlled sky lights and large sliding doors with glazed corner detail. Removal of the corner of the existing house and creating an extended steel frame work was included to open up the existing house to the new space.
