This is a project we recently completed in Farnborough, Hampshire. We constructed a single storey extension towards the rear of the property. The kitchen was completely renovated, with the addition of bi-fold door and flat rooflights and the ground floor bathroom removed. The bathroom was then moved to the first floor of the property. We also converted the loft to allow for a spacious master bedroom and bathroom suite. All works are too a finished standard including floor finishes and decoration throughout.

This is a full design and build project we completed earlier this year in Farnborough, Hampshire. The property has been completely transformed to create a spacious yet homely environment for the homeowners to enjoy. The demolition of the garage allowed for us to create a single story rear L shaped extension complete with bifolding doors and a flat roof with a roof lantern. We provided all decoration and finishing works throughout and also fitted engineered wood flooring. Here at Cedar Designs we also undertake the landscaping aspects of jobs and we created a new modern indian sandstone patio , a log burner and completely re-landscaped the clients back garden. We also re paved the front driveway and built a one storey cabin in the backgarden.

This is an internal refurbishment project we carried out in Godalming, Surrey. We began by removing the chimney stack throughout the property and removing the structural wall. The existing external door was replaced and new windows fitted throughout. We reconfigured the downstairs to allow for a new WC suite, which we then installed. A pantry was also created and new electrics supplied throughout. New underfloor heating and new insulation in the loft were also fitted. We supplied and installed a new kitchen and utility room and fitted all flooring throughout.
