Centurion Developments (St Neots) Limited

We write with reference to the recent extension at our house, which is almost completed now. As effectively a joint project which involved both Prime Oak and Centurion Developments, we wished to acknowledge the valuable, timely and extensive expertise that was delivered by Lee, Alan and their team during the build. At the outset of the project, given the complexity of the work, we deliberately chose to go with a builder closely associated with Prime Oak. Mark Reilly was helpful in putting us in touch with Centurion and we found them to be extremely professional, prompt and knowledgeable with a view to ensuring our needs were met. Their relationship with us as clients was always polite and helpful, as were all the associated trades that they used and we found their work efficient and extremely tidy. I’m sure that you are already aware of the quality of their work, but we wanted to formally record with Prime Oak our satisfaction and thanks to Centurion for all their help in achieving the original design vision for our Orangery. We would also like to extend such thanks to Mark Reilly, whose design skills and expertise helped to get us started on the extension and accurately realised how we wished the extended space to be used. He was always polite, supportive, reliable and during the embryonic phase, was invaluable in helping us clarify our thoughts enabling us to achieve what we wanted from the build.

I was particularly impressed with the standard of workmanship, attention to detail and site cleanliness. Dear Alan And Lee, Thank you all very much for doing such a splendid job at Church House. Your whole team have been fantastic. Nothing to much trouble. It's not easy when your having your kitchen ripped out. It's the heart of the home. You some how managed to keep us going with the essentials. Always cheerful, neat, tidy, and polite.
