We have used Jay and his team on two projects now, on our old house he converted our loft space and landscaped both our driveway and garden. Now on our current house he has built a single storey rear and side extension. Both projects ran as smoothly as possible with minimal issues, Jay has a very good eye for detail and plans his work extremely well, and he genuinely cares about what he is doing, Regular communication is also a great point, we always knew what was going on and when. Highly recommended we will be using them again in the future for our driveway and garden.

We feel lucky to have found Jay, which was via a recommendation. From day 1 Jay not only understood the vision but also provided other ideas that proved he knew exactly the finish we were after. He managed all the trades, which were all very good as Jay only wants quality for his customers. It was never too much to change the plan or spec, Jay was always accommodating. We now have more work that Jay is completing for us and I can only see us continuing with Jay in the future.

We've used Jay and his team on three separate projects now, and each time we are impressed with the quality of work, the attention to detail, the thought that has gone into the planning and execution and the responsiveness of the trades that he has brought on site. Snagging lists have been negligible, and quickly dealt with. On-site presence has been a key factor in making sure that all the trades turn up on time and deliver to a high-quality. Jay is considerate and courteous, brings forward good ideas and can often spot a problem with a design before it becomes an issue. He is demanding of his team and those he brings on site, and takes ownership of the entire project. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
