Peter and Stuart carried out every aspect of this job to their usual precise and exacting standards. Whether it be plastering, removal of a wall, redecoration, laying new flooring etc we have found them on this, and previous occasions, to be exemplary multi-skilled professionals. Despite national shortages, they left no stone unturned to source materials (even finding us alternative and superb flooring), communicated consistently and finished bang on time. You always get the same reliable father and son team throughout - two lovely guys for whom nothing is too much bother. Outstanding workmanship.

Our recent garage conversion to a music/sitting room was the first time we had used Chaucer property services and we are delighted with the result. This is a company with complete integrity who really care about what they do. We thought the detailed, itemised quote was a good sign and, sure enough, this has been reflected in scrupulous attention to detail, the highest quality of workmanship and materials and a superb finish.
Unusually, we couldn't fault any of the many elements of the job - bricklaying, plastering, flooring, electrics, decorating - all undertaken either by Peter and Stuart themselves or under their direct supervision. Every aspect was completed to the highest standard.
Peter and Stuart are a delight to have around, working quietly and diligently, completely reliable, never rushing the job or cutting corners but putting in extra hours where needed, without hesitation. An outstanding company who we will use for all future work and recommend unreservedly.
