This project comprised demolition of the existing roof, construction of Type-3 loft extension and complete renovation of the preexisting areas. The building was effectively transformed from 2-storey to 4-storey. Thanks to quick Client-decisions, the whole undertaking took circa four and half months from the commencement to the completion and Building Control sign-off. Another very satisfied Client!

Project located at Woolwich, London SE18. 

We were contracted to extend and convert the existing building into retail unit at the ground floor, and 4no. flats at 1st and 2nd floors. Only the front facade and basement were retained, while the remainder of the building was demolished and constructed anew. 

Our works resulted in creation of 4 new self-contained residential units ready to be rented at the upper floors, and structural shell of the retail unit at the ground floor.
