First Floor Toilet Renovation: Completely Stripped down to essentials, keeping only the soap and toilet roll dispensers. Upgrades include the installation of new doors and a ceiling-mounted extractor fan for improved ventilation. Modern sanitary ware, flooring and halfway tiling were added for a fresh, clean look as we also replaced the redundant box, plastered the ceilings, decorated and complimented the new cupboard room with brand-new flooring to complete the process to offer a stylish and functional final product.

We upgraded home essentials by refurbishing kitchens and bathrooms, enhancing comfort and functionality. 

This included transforming the kitchen into an open floor plan for improved accessibility and flow, as well as redesigning the bathroom to meet modern living standards.

With this project, we were asked to complete maintenance works on the exterior woodwork due to weather damage as well as renew the aesthetic of the building. This meant, replacing the timber, sanding down the woodwork and repainting it. The overall project took roughly two weeks including the material collecting and the labour time making sure that final checks were completed up to the client's standard.

We constructed a single-story extension, featuring major structural alterations, including exposed RSJ beams, to create a spacious living area. The project also incorporated new drainage systems for the kitchen and W/C, a perfect blend of modern design and functionality, creating the ultimate open-plan space for cooking and spending time with family.

Our team completed a balcony maintenance project improving the functionality and aesthetics of the outdoor space. The project involved structural adjustments to extend the balcony, whilst ensuring stability and compliance with building regulations. We included high-quality stone tiles for a durable, water-proof and stylish solution to different weather conditions. As well as that, to ensure safety and visual appeal, we fitted modern glass panels, providing an open and contemporary feel. The result not only improves the building's exterior, but also provides the client with a more spacious and elegant outdoor area. 

This multi-functional bespoke shelving took roughly two weeks to complete where the process included collecting the PVC planks, measuring and cutting them to their dimensions, sanding and adding varnish and then spray painting to create the perfect finish and fit the customer's standards.

When mounting the shelves, we applied a PVC sheet along the back to avoid further damage done to the internal walls as well as leaving a gap in between the wall and the shelving to avoid the occurance of mould.

The extension is designed to maximize natural light and provide a modern living area tailored to the homeowner’s needs. Alongside the extension, the bathroom refurbishment includes a complete upgrade with contemporary fixtures, stylish tiling, and efficient plumbing solutions. The renovation ensures a fresh, modern feel while improving practicality and efficiency. Externally, the retained-wall frontage has been aesthetically upgraded, maintaining its original character while introducing refined design elements that complement the overall property. The result is a beautifully extended and improved home, combining comfort and modern aesthetics.

This project transformed a home in Horsham with a complete living room, kitchen, and bathroom refurbishment. The bathroom was fully stripped down and re-tiled, with modern utilities installed to create a sleek, contemporary finish. Meanwhile, the wall between the kitchen and living room was removed, opening up the space for a seamless open-plan living area that enhances both functionality and flow. The result? A stylish, modern home with a fresh and spacious feel.
