Our client, a property developer, approached us with a project to develop a site on which they had obtained planning permission. The objective was to construct four semi-detached/terraced houses, each containing four bedrooms. The original site consisted of two semi-detached properties with garages, which we demolished in order to prepare the ground for traditional trench fill foundations.
We proceeded to build the substructure using a combination of breeze blocks, timber joists, and steel beams, incorporating dormer loft extensions as well. Once the structural work was completed, we turned our attention to the exterior of the houses, preparing and rendering the façade in a crisp off-white color.
Internally, we ensured a high quality finish, adhering to a contemporary design specification. The colors used for the interior were carefully chosen to match the aesthetic of the façade, creating a cohesive and visually pleasing environment.
