Full refurbishment carried out on this 1876 property located in Runcorn. 

All existing wall and floor coverings were removed and a full re insulation was carried out, stud walls were formed to change the layout making this older property more modern 🚿 

Full bathroom instillation including plumbing , plastering and electrics carried o it by ourselves finish with a vinyle click flooring 🔨 

A structural alteration was carried out to this property, to allow for a kitchen renovation and utility room. All works carried out by our team including:

This property consisted of a load bearing wall being removed and a steel beam inserted, allowing more space to create an open plan kitchen/dining area.

We also carried out a new roof on the existing extension complimenting it with a korniche sky lantern installation and finished with our popular rubber roofing system, this allowed more light into the area, along with a bifolding door and a clear glazed aluminium door installation to the side and rear of the property 🔥

External cladding, kitchen and flooring installation also carried out by our team. What a stunning transformation this property has had👌🏻🤩 ✨

This stunning property had a large renovation carried out on the windows and doors which were originally wood, including the frames. 

RSJ work and structural alterations were carried out to allow for 3 Bifolding doors on the 1st and 2nd floor. These were in replacement of windows and single doors.

This property consisted of not only a structural renovation but a garage conversion too. ✨

This created an open plan living space on the ground floor which allowed for a kitchen perfect for this family.

A stud wall was created to form a separate utility room at the front of the property. The garage door had brickwork alterations to allow for 2 new windows.

This property had a structural alteration carried out which included a knock through of a load bearing wall into the garage. Steel was then installed.
