After purchasing a rundown cottage we needed to renovate, extend and completely re-haul the property. CS Properties were the best quote we received and had the same passion in creating our dream home and vision. They gave advice, pivoting and adapting to changes to build us a beautiful kitchen extension and 2 dormers upstairs to the slopped rooms, maximising the space. Once the house was complete we moved onto the garden and we knew we wanted them to do the work. They built us a garden room that has given us additional entertaining space that followed our vision of vaulted ceiling, bifold doors and a wonderful bright space to work. Alongside this they crafted sleeper beds to act as seating as well as planting space, turfed a new lawn area and redesigned the access to our front garden as well. Everyone who visits can’t believe the amazing transition from cottage our sleek modern home, we truly are so happy!!
