Charles provided a quote to install an extra radiator in my flat. He gave a clear explanation of the work to be done, as well as a quick start date. There were some errors in executing the job, however Charles was straightforward and honest about this, and corrected the error within the original quote, despite it taking an extra day (on what was only a 1 day job). Would be happy to use again.

At last I think that I've found a builder whom I can trust. Charles and his team have done a very good job of reorganizing all of my gas and water pipework, and refurbishing my bathroom. All of the work is of a very high standard. Throughout the job Charles consulted me whenever there were decisions that needed to be made, together with his recommendations; and he included several little extras that weren't in the original quote (but without affecting the price). It is true that the job overran by a few days, but this was largely due to unforeseen issues. A less scrupulous builder would have tried to cover up such problems, but Charles put in the additional time to ensure that they were dealt with properly.

Excellent and trustworthy contractor - a safe pair of hands - they take pride in the job and complete the task to high standard. I received help with my bathroom leak and subsequent repairs and was very happy with the work, communication and overall result. A lot of care was taken to save existing materials where possible (to save costs) and to finish the task to a very high standard.

Charles and his team did a fantastic job on our loft bathroom/remodel. Everything was completed to such a high standard, they offered their advice throughout when it came to practical layout decisions and explaining how things were done. It was really reassuring to be kept informed of how things were going. I was always amazed at how much was done each day and felt fully at-ease with the house being in safe hands while I was at work.

Having encountered problems with builders in the past, we approached this project cautiously. However, the referral we received about Cubit was justified and helped ease our concerns at the first meeting and continued to the project go-live. Any reservations quickly evaporated as Charles and team followed drawings and plans to the letter, also offering valuable suggestions when approached and proactively. The entire team is professional, and their standard of work is very high. Charles and his team built us a huge back extension, which included an office, wet room and hydrotherapy pool room. During the job they were tidy, polite, hardworking and totally trustworthy. The job was completed to a very high standard, attention to detail is spot on. We are absolutely delighted with the work done. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! There’s wasn’t the cheapest quote but Charles seemed far more competent than others who quoted, and the work included was more comprehensive! Charles and his team did an excellent job, and delivered exactly what was promised. They were professional throughout and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. All costs were laid out upfront, and there were no unexpected add-ons. I thoroughly recommend them.

Charles and his team did great work at our new flat and we have already recommended him to family and friends! Charles turned up every day on time and left the place spotless when he left, taking away all debris (house was left cleaner than when he arrived!) My wife is pregnant and the team reconnected the toilet every night (thank you!) In terms of cost, there were no unexpected surprises and Charles was great at explaining each step of the process. Can't recommend enough!
