This beautiful project located in the gated development in Virginia Water Surrey needed completed renovation. We suggested to extend the house with the beautiful extension which made the big kitchen huge and has the direct access to the garden through the the transparent doors 🚪 Also we converted small and dark clock room into beautiful bathroom. 

This development project involves the construction of three designer townhouses in Redhill, Surrey with the stunning view.

This project involved a substantial rear extension to a terraced home, including a porch, and the renewed garden space. It includes the brand new loft with the new high-spec fitted kitchen and quality fixtures and fittings, as well as underfloor heating and walnut wood floors. By adding the extra space, this project has got the extra bedroom and was converted to the comfortable 2 bedroom house. . This high-end finish two-storey house in the peaceful living area, Islington, features two bedrooms, luxurious bathroom, bright kitchen, dining area, living area and a spacious patio. 

When we installed the new electrics, we also added a fully certified new heating system and under floor heating throughout. We laid wooden floors in the living spaces and in the new fitted kitchen. The inviting dining area smoothly flows into the kitchen with installed aluminium bio-folding doors that looks out into the patio and benefits from plenty of natural light. 

Skylights have also been installed to visually expand the space and add some additional daily light. The new, beautifully finished bathroom ensure all modern conveniences.

This beautiful full house premium renovation included both rear and side extensions (+50 sq.m), the loft conversion (+30 sq.m) and patio with stairs (40 sq.m), with the addition of stylish new front bay windows on each floor.
