This was a refurbishmentproject.  Darren had Private & confidential6/13
refurbishment the box sash windows in the kitchen, and bathrooms. This has been done in a sympathetic was so as to contrast in with the look of the original windows. Darren had also refurbished the kitchen to a high standard removing all the existing cupboards and white goods. The existing large downstairs bathroom has been partitioned into two rooms enabling 1 bathroom to be converted into a disabled wet room and WC and the other to remain as a traditional bathroom and WC. The stairs leading down to the cellar have been converted into offset steps so as to elevate the steepness of the existing staircase. All electrical works was carried out by a outside qualified electrician- Work inspected to become an FMB member
