This was a beautiful project to involved in. 

We built this beautiful gatehouse at the entrance of a high end housing development. 

There was some real emphasis on needing to replicate what once was there many years ago before being demolished. 

This was constructed in blockwork and then rendered with lime render. 

To finish off an absolutely stunning build we installed a zinc roof covering which for us is the star of the show. 

Just stunning!

This project was one of our favourites from last year. 

We transformed this already beautiful family home into something very special, giving our client a central hub for the family to entertain and spend quality time together. 

Our favourite stand out feature was pretty difficult to choose due to there being many on show. 

However, it has to be the green roof, it helps the extension blend seamlessly into the surrounding countryside.    

We feel extremely lucky to have been trusted with this project and both the client and us at David Nicholas Construction LTD are extremely happy with the finished project.

We dealt with all pre construction right the way through to sign off with this, collaborating with building control, architect and structural engineer.  

This was a high end refurbishment that converted a 3 bed house into a 7 bedroom HMO. (House of multiple occupancy) 

The refurbishment included the following works:

Full back to brick strip out

Full Rewire 

New heating system installation 

Loft conversion with structural steel installation 

Full property plastered

Single story extension to the rear 

Decoration 

Carpets/Flooring throughout. 

This was an extensive project that we project managed from start to finish. Taking away all of the stress from the client. 

This was the perfect project for our small works team. 

Chris and Nick meticulously planned and carried out the full installation. 

Space was limited on site and pre planning of the logistics of the project had to be carefully thought out. 

The kitchen looks absolutly beautiful. 

Using the architectural plans drawn up by the clients architect, we converted the garage into a useable space and extended above to create a 4th bedroom to the property. 

As you can see from three photos the final finish is outstanding. 

There were various challenges throughout the build that we dealt with efficiently and communicate effectively with the client to keep them updated throughout the process. 

Communication in the construction industry is key to a successful project.
