We are so delighted with our extension. Our initial meeting with Danny instilled confidence that DB Builders Sussex were a professional operation whom were keen to work with us. The quote was extensive and competitive, for us reassurance for budgeting. The whole talented team worked tirelessly for us during the 4 months to build us our dream kitchen, utility, dining area. Danny and his team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with since first visiting our property to discuss our plans for a single storey extension to the side of our house. They listened carefully to our requirements and took everything on board. Dear Danny and Team, I just wanted to send you a quick letter of thanks for installing our new front door. It has completely transformed the appearance of our house and we are thrilled to bits – and our neighbours and postman have been very impressed! It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with your firm who from the outset have provided an excellent service. Your attitude and craftsmanship has been second to none. After the work was completed the clean-up was thorough and very much appreciated. I was a little nervous initially as I only provided you with an image of the front door and side lights we wanted but the bespoke door you fitted was exactly, if not better than the image supplied. Angela has been great and really helpful - it has been very reassuring having her keep me up to date with delivery/installations dates and help on what door furniture to purchase. In addition your update calls on the day of installation were very much appreciated.

Given without prejudice Danny I very rarely could pen to paper as such to congratulate on a job well done but in the case of your work concerning the above project I felt compelled to do just that. My family and I have been most impressed with the professional manner to which you have managed the entire project from the first meeting when you sized up the task in hand right the way through to putting the finishing touches on the driveway bricks on the last day. You and your colleague, Ryan, were on time every day, threw yourselves into the work, were conscious of your surroundings i.e. keeping the noise levels down, keeping things safe and tidy as you worked which, having 2 young boys eager to explore, was a major worry taken off our hands. The entire project took a fortnight from start to finish which is a fantastic result. You also went out of your way to ensure that the family could continue to function whilst the works continued by having the washing machine available to us at all times, designing the cupboard in such a way that the meters and water feeds were all in easy reach of each other, you even assisted in getting our new TV rigged up and compatible with our Sky box! In these uncertain times of dodgy cowboy builders grabbing all the headlines I can, without any question of doubt, thoroughly recommend DB Builders as a friendly, trustworthy, hard working and importantly competitive building service and we will have no hesitation in calling on your services again on future projects. Well done again to you Danny on a beautiful garage conversion and my family and I wish you guys every success in the future.
