We carred out a complete renovation of the existing buildings with an extension to connect them with a single ply membrane flat roof. Large glazed areas have been added to open the property up and bring the light in.

Bespoke patio work designed to fit the landscape leads from the property to the pool area where a stone shelter has been built to house an outdoor kitchen & barbecue area providing a good space to host guests or spend time with the family on a sunny day.

The grey, modern design of the kitchen is brightened by white worktops and doors and the use of lighting. A sliding door was introduced to open the dining area up to the living area, without compromising the space around it.

The bathroom has been finished in a similar sleek style using lots of black, grey and white.

This modern kitchen room was formed to replace the conservatory. The footprint of the room was extended to provide anoutdoor covered area with sliding glass doors allowing the outside in for those sunnier days.

The design uses lots of grey and dark colours to give a modern and simple feeling whilst utilising colourful splashbacks to bring some character and life into the room.

This pool and pool house were completely renovated to a modern standard.

The pool was lined with a new 30 thou liner, the area around it was repaved and a new pagoda built to provide shade for a comfortable setting for an outdoor table.

Inside, a modern and sleek kitchen was fit into the main room. A wet room and a shower room compliment this making the most of the small space and giving it full functionality.

This pool house was built alongside the installation of a new pool along with landscaping.

Cedar timber cladding with aluminium & glass doors, grey fascias and gutters give the building a natural but sharp look complimented by the fresh paving.

Oak frame garage rebuilt, finished internally and externally with a siberian larch cladding. Extension from garage built to serve as a gym with modern touches including a dark grey finish on the doors, guttering and roof.

A bespoke gate was manufactured in our joinery workshop, and finished on site in a rich stain complimenting the wooden extension of the front wall giving the customer both privacy & security.

This modern pool house was built over an existing pool which has been completely renovated.

This properties garden sloped all the way to the back door, not allowing much usable space.

Digging out the garden, we constructed a new conservatory as an extension to the house, and created a much more social paving area with a sloping retaining wall to match the existing garden.
