We completed this double storey extension and new porch on a beautiful farm workers cottage in Surrey. We also carried out a total renovation of the entire property which hadn't been touched in over 50 years!
We kept the traditional charm of this country cottage and introduced a modern twist on the country look internally. Our favourite style element of this project was the subtle theme of matt black finishes such as; black taps, black kitchen cup handles, black window/door handles and black ironmongry on the traditional oak ledge and brace internal doors.
We also love the large green front door and classic cream windows which were sourced from our own supplier. The roof tiles were changed from a cheap pink concrete tile to a more characterful holmbury blend clay tile to really finish this house off.
We will shortly be completing the external landscaping including patio, driveway and new gate piers.
