We completed building work for an extension as well as landscaping work for this house in Chacombe, Northamptonshire. The extension consisted of a single storey at the front, creating a double garage and bay front to the living room, and a two storey rear extension. The front extension was built in brick and the rear one in block. We also did all the internal structural steelwork. The landscaping and outdoor work involved Indian Stone slabs and dwarf walls, dry stone walls and brick steps in front the Indian Stone slabs.

This porch side extension in Deddington, Oxfordshire, involved the demolition and removal of the existing shed to create a new porch area and workshop. We laid the groundwork for the new workshop and did the shuttering for the concrete and concrete base. Finally, we added a small retaining wall across the garden, a path to the rear of the property and dwarf walls. The project was completed to a high standard with time to spare before the deadline, and the site was left clean and tidy. We completed this project in April 2013.

We used DNC projects for a single story extension. From quotation to the finish of the job both Darren & Pete were friendly, approachable but above all professional. They are experts and knew how to overcome any building challenge with ease. Workmanship is excellent and we are very happy with our new study! Would definitely recommend them.

DNC Projects did a superb job extended our home, providing us with two additional bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Darren Churchill's enthusiasm for the project, attention to fine detail, expertise, and sense of pride and satisfaction in what he was doing was evident throughout the work. For example, he carefully sourced the stone to match the existing, and the use of reclaimed roofing tiles helped the extension to blend in amazingly well. Darren worked meticulously, in particular preserving the downstairs ceiling when stripping the flat roof, kept the site tidy and ordered at all times, and was considerate and respectful of our home and surroundings, and to those of our neighbours. The project was completed at the agreed price and at a good pace. We paid for the work in stages once it was completed, with the final balance not due until the work was thoroughly checked. The whole process was remarkably efficient and thorough. It genuinely was a pleasure to have Darren working here. If you are looking for a highly skilled, conscientious, trustworthy and considerate building contractor, then Darren would be an excellent choice.
