This beautiful, split level, Victorian terrace in Stretham offered its new owners generously proportioned rooms, delightful period features and a great location. However, upon occupying the property, this growing family realised that they still needed additional space to match their lifestyle. In order to achieve this, we helped them maximise the footprint of their property by reconfiguring existing rooms. We also provided the additional space they needed by creating a bright modern extension towards the back of the property, and a contemporary shower room and ample study in the property’s loft space.

Our team designed and built a custom kitchen and provided the family with ample storage space by creating bespoke storage in the master bedroom and their front reception room. We also updated the existing bathroom and all bedrooms while still maintaining most of the original period features that charmed the owners to begin with.

This 1930’s home was in much need of some TLC. A property with generous proportions that had not been renovated since the 1970’s presented us with a minute kitchen. Fixtures and fittings, while charming, were totally obsolete. In addition, the new proprietors required space and were keen on creating a layout that would be fit for purpose. Together with our designer, we have added an ample posterior extension, creating an open plan kitchen/dining room area. A ground floor cloak room has been added under the main staircase and the generous sitting room is fully refurbished. An ensuite master bedroom with ample storage space has been created in the loft space and a separate full functioning home office has been built at the end of the garden. The result is a modern, stylish, comfortable home built to the highest specs and that is most importantly, one hundred percent functional.

Windermere Road is a traditional 1930’s property; one with generous rooms yet not conducive to modern day living. Our client had wanted to develop this property for resale and needed the project completed within a specific budget and to a tight time-line. Working with our client’s designer, we have extended the back reception room to create a large, bright, modern, living/dining/kitchen area with unobstructed views of the garden. We have added a ground floor cloak room and incorporated a master ensuite bedroom in the loft space. The whole property incorporates contemporary accents and is finished to the highest standards. Our client was tremendously pleased and has commissioned us to develop three additional similar properties in the area since.

This wonderful Victorian semi-detached benefited from ample room proportions throughout. Built on split-levels, the lower-ground floor was being underutilised. Our client wanted to take advantage of the property’s full potential and was looking into converting the ample lower-ground into a semi-formal entertaining space.

The result is a modern open-plan space that benefits from plentiful natural light thanks to strategically placed skylights. The sliding folding garden doors provide additional light while allowing the occupants to enjoy an inside-outside living space during the summer months. The modern kitchen with a recessed extractor hood provides the space with uninterrupted fluidity and unobstructed views to the garden.
