At this 4 bed house in Sutton we carried out a full house renovation, We gutted the entire house back to bare walls, installed new electrical and plumbing systems.

On the 1st floor we ;
created two new ensuite's ,replaced all windows and made a oversized window on the staircase, re insulated walls, Bespoke wardrobe fitted around chimney breast
New internal doors fitted, plastered all walls,New lighting
On the ground Floor
We created a kitchen/diner by adding a picture frame steel which allowed us to remove 2 large walls.
Insulated the entire ground floor and added wet underfloor heating.
we then tiled the entire floor with wood look alike tiles
New Howdens kitchen added with quartz worktop
Windows and doors added including a high security front door.
Bespoke carpentry including a floating tv wall media unit
