Unusable Conservatory renovated into Kitchen
Unusable conservatory turned into a fully functioning small kitchen area.
Kitchen Extension
Single storey large kitchen extension, with sliding doors looking out on to a 140 square metre raised porcelain patio area leading to large steps into the garden, while kitchen area was supplied with a wren kitchen fitted by ourselves.
Loft Conversion
First floor loft conversion on bungalow comprising of kitchenette, bathroom/shower room, living area and bedroom.

E and K construction have carrier out two major pieces of work for me recently and I have been very pleased with the results. The first was a substantial two story extension requiring all aspects of construction skills from groundwork through to joinery, plastering and roofing. The second involved ground work and building. All the necessary trades were organised and managed by E&K their work supervised and inspected by E&K and needed no unnecessary involvement from me. E&K were very open and clear about what was needed to be done, offering very practical advice and help, working with me to achieve all of the features I wanted while staying within sound building practices. They completed the job in a timely manner within the original estimate and there were no hidden costs. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing this type of work.
