This project was a full Eco refurbishment and thermal retrofit of two properties designed to meet the EnerPHit Passivhaus standard.

The key focus of this project for the Owner was to achieve high levels of energy efficiency resulting in lower Energy costs and a reduction in the Carbon Footprint.
The project involved using sustainable building products and finishes, to achieve a comfortable and environmentally friendly living space.

 
This was an extremely successful project, and the properties high energy performance results evidence the care we took over the implementation of the complex areas of Eco renovation work, to achieve two outstanding modernised properties, now with very low energy costs.

A contemporary style dwelling designed by award winning architect Lisa Shell. The build has 3 bedrooms, an open plan kitchen-diner and lounge designed across split levels. It has 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite and 1 cloakroom. The lower level of the build features basement style rooms.
